A marketing team that primarily supports two established law firms in Ybor City is looking for a new Marketing Assistant. This position has broad responsibilities to assist the principals of the marketing team in all the activities we take on.

Your core responsibilities include:
•Support in person and virtual presentations by our attorneys who are authorities in their field.
•Prepare press releases and other channels for distribution of presentations and written materials.
•Preparation, support, and execution of local and remote events.
•Support social media and the creation of innovative content for it.
•Assist in the preparation of performance reports survey data.
•Perform local pickups, deliveries, and other time-sensitive errands.
•Supporting community activities and sponsorships.
•Various administrative duties as needed and assigned.

The ideal candidate will possess:
•Minimum of 1-2 years of Business administration, marketing, communications, or relevant field experience a plus
•Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
•Valid driver’s license is required
•College degree; preferred but not required
•The ability to travel on occasion.

Mandatory in-office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday-Thursday and 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Friday. Additional overtime may be required to meet team goals and deadlines. Our office is a non-smoking environment, and we offer an excellent benefits package.
