Overview

Marketing Strategy Lead - Auto Aston Martin at JPMorganChase. This role leads the marketing arm of the private-label finance partnership with a leading high-end automotive company, focusing on increasing awareness and sales for the OEMs existing inventory, new product launches, and pre-owned vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and track Awareness, Loyalty, and Conquest campaigns for Auto partnerships.
• Leverage a mix of paid channels (search, social, direct mail, events) and owned channels (Chase digital platforms, email, in-branch activations).
• Collaborate with the OEM GM team, brand counterpart, and external stakeholders on strategy; work with campaign management to execute campaigns that drive scalable volume at an efficient cost.
• Communicate the marketing vision across the broader marketing team and create a plan defining customer messaging, touchpoints, channels, and targeting strategy.
• Manage business cases and change requests using in-house tools (Optima, AdTrax); present and report on progress.
• Coordinate with teams on creative assets, targeting strategy, and test results to inform recommendations; launch new tactics in media, social, and search; collaborate on Servicing and Lease-End communications.
• Create and maintain a marketing budget; track and pay invoices for marketing vendors and agencies.
• Collaborate with JPMorgan Chase firm leads to support partner engagement with Private Banking, Wealth Management, and card partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 7+ years of experience in marketing, including direct-to-consumer and digital (including mobile).
• Marketing functional, technical, and operational knowledge.
• Experience creating and driving operational processes with attention to detail and flawless execution.
• Exceptional communication and executive presence.
• Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management, multi-tasking, and leadership skills.
