Job Description

Job Summary: The Mercedes/BMW Service Advisor is a full-time, position. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Mercedes/BMW vehicle owners by managing their service needs and ensuring their satisfaction. The Service Advisor will act as a liaison between the customer and the service technicians, ensuring all repairs and maintenance are communicated effectively and completed in a timely manner. Compensation & Benefits: This is a full-time, salaried position with competitive compensation and benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k, paid time off, and employee discounts. Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
• Listen to customers' concerns and accurately document them
• Utilize dealership and manufacturer service guidelines to determine necessary repairs and maintenance
• Communicate maintenance or repair recommendations and costs to customers
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments with customers
• Maintain accurate records of services, repairs, and customer interactions
• Manage service technicians' schedules and ensure timely completion of repairs
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Handle customer complaints and escalate as necessary
• Inform customers of additional services or promotions offered by the dealership
• Stay up-to-date on MB/BMW products, services, and promotions
• Maintain a clean and organized service reception area

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent, some college or vocational training preferred
• 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Knowledge of Mercedes/BMW vehicles and their service requirements is a plus
• Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
