Miami Private Chef

About the Client

The client is based in Miami, FL, and is currently following a medically guided, anti-inflammatory nutrition protocol. He's looking for a private chef to prepare and deliver 23 meals per day, six days a week (18 total meals). Meals must be:

• Low-histamine, low-fermentation, and anti-inflammatory
• ~ 2,000 kcal/day and 150g protein, spread across 3 meals
• Cooked in olive oil, ghee, or coconut oil only
• Excludes pork, whole red meat cuts, processed/aged/fermented items
• Inspired by South Asian, Persian, Thai, and Italian cuisines
• Delivered weekly (ideally Monday evenings) frozen or cooled for easy reheating

This is a long-term role with ongoing weekly service, and the rate will be discussed during the interview.

Experience:

• Three years minimum chef experience
• Private chef experience (preferred)
