Board Certified - Neonatal Physician Assistant

Job Details:
• Full-time Physician Assistant position with neonatology fellowship training• Provide direct and indirect patient care to neonates in Level III and Level II NICUs• Work between two facilities: Grand Rapids (Level III NICU) and Muskegon (Level II Special Care Nursery)• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams including physicians, nurses, and therapists• Participate in teaching and mentoring of junior providers and trainees• Document patient care and clinical activities in Epic EMR• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research as needed• Support community health programs related to neonatal care• Maintain up-to-date licensure and certifications• Must have relevant clinical experience (highly preferred)• Board certification in specialty prior to employment is required with fellowship• Active Michigan license required• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required• Active DEA required• Varied shifts including weekends (25-hour shifts spread over annual schedule)• No call requirements for APPs

Compensation:
