We are seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife to join our team and cover the rise in acuity in our labor and delivery units. Our Magnet-designated facility is recognized nationwide as the academic flagship of our Medical System.

Position Highlights:

• Join a high acuity labor floor with a Level IV NICU
• Practice in a supportive and collaborative work environment with very low call
• Work alongside 13 midwives, 14 MFMs, 10 OB/GYN's, 3 Laborists, 7 Genetic Counselors, 1 MIGS, 1 PAG, 3 Gyn/Onc's, and 2 Uro/Gyn's on faculty.

• Base compensation plus incentive bonus ($135k-$150k total annual comp depending on experience)

Candidate Parameters:

• Active Maryland state license
• 1-3 years’ experience preferred
• Successful completion of graduate-level nurse-midwifery program accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Midwifery Education (ACME)
