Training and Experience: Five or more years of experience working in organizational development in a large organization. Organizational Development Certification Program, preferred. Job Knowledge: This role requires strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software, and the ability to deliver engaging presentations and facilitate learning. Candidates should be skilled in researching training options, leveraging multimedia platforms, and designing effective development programs. Excellent leadership abilities are essential to guide and inspire teams. Description This position is responsible for assessing organizational learning needs and developing programs that drive professional growth and continuous learning, with a focus on executives and emerging leaders. Designs, implements, and evaluates initiatives that strengthen leadership and support long-term success. All job functions and requirements are carried out within the context and framework of Unity Health’s Mission, Vision, and Values. This position is bound by organizational policies and values. Physical Effort: Basic office environment with frequent meetings in offsite locations. Mental Effort: Must be able to demonstrate organizational and analytical skills dealing with people, problems, issues and information. Working Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
