We are currently seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal with a focus on personal injury to join our dynamic legal team. This is a permanent, full-time position where you will play a key role in our litigation process, providing essential support to our attorneys and ensuring the smooth running of our legal operations. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience as a plaintiff personal injury Paralegal experience.

Responsibilities:

As a Litigation Paralegal, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

1. Assisting attorneys in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, drafting legal documents, and coordinating witness preparation.
2. Managing case files and maintaining case management software, ensuring all relevant information is up-to-date and accessible.
3. Coordinating scheduling and calendaring for attorneys, including depositions, court dates, and client meetings.
4. Conducting legal research and gathering relevant information to support case development.
5. Handling e-filing protocols and docketing
6. Answering incoming calls, providing excellent customer service, and liaising with clients, court personnel, and other legal professionals.
7. Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in personal injury.
2. Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with legal case management software.
3. Knowledge of e-filing protocols and experience using the WebTMS trademark docketing system.
4. Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
5. Excellent customer service skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
6. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
7. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear and concise legal documents.
8. A degree, diploma, or certification in paralegal studies is a plus, but not required.
