A law firm seeks an experienced patent attorney to join its intellectual property team in Washington, D.C. The role focuses on providing clients with tailored legal counsel in various intellectual property matters, particularly patent prosecution. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective client interaction. Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Active membership in good standing with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (Patent Bar). Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. Skills In-depth knowledge of patent prosecution procedures and intellectual property law. Strong analytical abilities to address complex legal and technical challenges.
