IP & T Group LLP is a growing patent prosecution firm in Vienna, VA with a significant practice in prosecuting patent applications for large international clients. IP & T Group LLP is currently seeking a patent attorney/agent to prosecute U.S. patent applications in semiconductor, software, and secondary battery fields at Vienna Office. The responsibility for the job includes reviewing documents, drafting patent applications, primarily revising applications prepared by foreign law firms to conform to U.S. styles, conducting interviews with inventors and examiners, and preparing responses to office actions. Job Requirements: Preferably have at least 2 years prior experience in patent prosecution Degree in electrical engineering, computer science, chemical engineering, or chemistry Resume preferably include: Listing of all Universities attended and all degrees earned, preferably with GPA and grade for Writing Seminar Listing of all professional employment and references Sample writings USPTO Bar Number
