• Build real relationships with members of all fitness level
• Execute personalized training programs for both 1-on-1 and small groups
• Track progress and celebrate wins—big and small
• Educate on movement, nutrition, and healthy habits
• Keep the gym environment safe, clean, and high-energy
• Collaborate with a team that values growth and excellence
