Job Description

We are currently engaged in a Plant Manager search for our client, an industrial manufacturer located in the Bellefonte, PA area. This role presents a valuable succession planning opportunity, as the current Plant Manager is set to retire.

We will provide relocation for candidates not currently in the area.

Responsibilities:

• Owns and manages all aspects of plant production processes.
• Will oversee and provide support to Production Supervisors in a non-union, 24/5 batch manufacturing environment.
• Collaborates closely with the Maintenance Manager and Engineering team to ensure the successful achievement of all operational goals.
• Will develop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
• Will Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reduction, and productivity enhancements.

Key Requirements:

• Experience with leading teams in a chemical manufacturing operation
• Experience with Process Safety Management (PSM)
• Lean and/or continuous improvement experience
• Strong leadership ability
