Korzen Health is currently partnered with a leading, physician-owned and physician-led psychiatry medical group. With a strong presence across 9 states, over 55 hospitals, nearly 20 clinics, and 300+ providers. 

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric Physician Assistants (PAs) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) to join our dynamic team in beautiful Myrtle Beach, SC. This full-time role offers a unique blend of inpatient and outpatient care. You will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team, working Monday through Friday with a manageable call schedule of one weekend per month.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Manage psychotropic medications for a diverse patient population, including those with co-occurring substance use disorders.
• Provide high-quality, compassionate care in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, and other members of the treatment team.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant patient documentation in accordance with industry standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Licensure: Current, unencumbered license as a Physician Assistant (PA) or Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in the state of South Carolina. License must be in good standing.
• Certification: Board Certification as a PA-C (through NCCPA) or PMHNP (through ANCC or AANP) is required.
• DEA: Must possess a current DEA license or have the ability and qualifications to obtain one upon hire.
• Experience: Prior experience in a mental health clinical setting is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge Base: Must possess a strong knowledge base in health promotion and maintenance, advanced pathophysiology, advanced health assessment, and pharmacology.
