About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated professional to join our investment operations team as a Rebalancing & Trading Consultant . This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and have a passion for precision and efficiency in portfolio management. You’ll play a key role in executing trades, maintaining compliance, and ensuring portfolios align with client objectives.

What You’ll Do

• Perform daily portfolio rebalancing to accommodate tax loss harvesting requests, model updates, cash flows, and investment objective changes.
• Conduct portfolio drift analysis and execute trades with accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure compliance with procedural documentation and regulatory standards.
• Utilize advanced trading applications and portfolio accounting tools to maintain data integrity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve exceptions and enhance operational scalability.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Chicago, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90.00 - $100.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
