Job Title: Primary Care Physician (Sports Medicine) - Sunnyvale, CA

Type: Full-Time | Outpatient Clinic
Salary: $230,000 - $450,000 annually
Schedule: 34-40 hours/week (Flexible weekday and Saturday options)

Overview:
A well-established outpatient clinic in Sunnyvale is seeking a Board-Certified (or Board-Eligible) Primary Care Physician. Candidates with Sports Medicine experience or certification are highly encouraged to apply. The clinic offers a collaborative work environment, competitive compensation, and flexibility in scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care and sports medicine services
• Diagnose and treat a variety of acute and chronic conditions
• Promote preventive health and lifestyle medicine
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate medical documentation

Qualifications:

• MD or DO with completion of an accredited residency
• Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Lifestyle Medicine
• Sports Medicine certification or experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• New graduates are welcome to apply

Patient Volume: Approx. 4 patients per hour
Start Date: ASAP
