Production Supervisor – Night Shift

Manufacturing | Full-Time | 12 AM – 9 AM | Monday–Friday

Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on and safety-driven Production Supervisor to oversee night shift operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who promotes a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. This role involves supervising production staff, resolving equipment and process issues, and supporting operational goals for quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and model a culture of safety; conduct regular safety audits and ensure compliance with all safety protocols.
• Act as the primary point of contact for emergency response during the shift.
• Supervise production processes to meet quality and output targets while minimizing waste.
• Ensure consistent application of company policies and fair enforcement of plant rules.
• Facilitate effective on-the-job training and coaching to support employee development.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address equipment or personnel issues quickly.
• Support production planning and scheduling for optimal product flow.
• Oversee product quality, implementing corrective actions for any nonconforming materials.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas in accordance with facility standards.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in a technical or supervisory field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, including supervisory or team lead responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety practices.
• Familiarity with manufacturing operations and production best practices.
• Proficient in basic computer applications and reporting tools.
• Excellent leadership, team building, and communication skills.
