Overview VTG is looking for a Project Management Systems Integrator in McLean, VA. What will you do? Requirement for a Project Management System Integrator to support numerous high visibility projects as well as provide front office support. Responsibilities: Facilitate and manage meetings for a variety of different stakeholders to include senior leadership and working groups Coordinate and facilitate project reviews which includes helping create briefings, track project financials, schedule, identify risks/issues, and the way forward Maintain an action tracking system for action items related to projects Track assigned actions to ensure completion and response (overseeing requirements tracking processes, ensure all outstanding requests for requirements are tracked, and communicate status) Provide meeting minutes (with increasing knowledge of substantive areas over time specifically technical meetings), highlights, slide decks (updates on correct templates for stakeholders), Excel/Office spreadsheets Format, proofread, and edit correspondence and review other documentation to ensure clarity, accuracy, grammar, and conformance with guidance and ensure response adequately addresses concern/question. Route/track through to completion Seek information from appropriate internal/external resources to provide background information, as required, adequately addressing and resolving issues and concerns Participate and assist with establishing and supporting technical exchanges between the various experts Review milestone documentation to ensure consistency with project requirements Coordinate and facilitate high-level offsite sessions Do you have what it takes? TS/SCI with Poly Required: Bachelor’s degree in a business, engineering, science, or other related or non-technical discipline Project management experience including schedule development, monitoring, and contingency planning Identifying and championing business process improvements Desire and ability to work on multiple fast-paced projects Self-starter who will take initiative for helping manage key parts of complex technical developments Experience with System integration work (writing technical requirements, evaluating design documentation, etc.) Previous customer experience Desired: Experience with program/project management Previous experience directly supporting leadership level Demonstrated ability to identify, lead, and execute process improvements #J-18808-Ljbffr Vosper Thornycroft Group
