Salary:

CYNWAVE Solutions, LLC is currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Manager to support operations at Fort Sill Military Base. The Quality Control Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive quality control program to ensure contract compliance, customer satisfaction, and the highest level of service delivery. This position plays a critical role in maintaining operational standards and regulatory adherence. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and execute the project's Quality Control Plan by contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and quality assurance evaluations of all work performed under the contract.
• Identify quality issues, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Interface directly with the government contracting officers representative (COR) to resolve any quality-related concerns.
• Provide training and oversight to staff on QC processes and procedures.
• Maintain detailed documentation of inspections, test results, non-conformances, and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulations (e.g., OSHA, DoD, ISO if applicable).
• Prepare and submit quality reports and documentation to stakeholders promptly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control.
• Strong working knowledge of quality standards, auditing practices, and inspection procedures.
• Experience developing and implementing QC plans following contract specifications.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and quality management systems.
