Quality Manager

We are looking for a talented Quality Manager to lead our quality assurance initiatives. This role involves overseeing quality planning, enhancing product capabilities, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and implement process improvements while tracking key quality metrics.
• Oversee Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) to ensure product readiness.
• Enhance process and product capabilities to boost performance indicators.
• Act as the primary liaison for customer and supplier quality concerns.
• Manage internal and external quality audits, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
• Provide support for Six Sigma projects, offering expertise in problem-solving.
• Train and mentor a team of Quality Engineers and Technicians to achieve quality goals.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related field.
• Experience: 7-10 years in quality management within a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge: Proficiency in ISO 9001, automotive quality standards, and Six Sigma (CQE/Black Belt is advantageous).
• Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with proficiency in Minitab and Access.
