Bachelor's degree, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years Radiation Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A Radiation Therapist role is available on a contract basis in Goose Creek, SC, specializing in Radiation Oncology within an outpatient setting. This position involves working primarily weekday shifts, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with no weekends or on-call responsibilities required. The role may involve floating between three clinic locations as needed, with the primary assignment focused on one main facility.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver radiation therapy treatments to oncology patients in accordance with prescribed protocols
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using the Epic electronic medical records system
• Participate in emergency response teams during hurricane season when required
• Adhere to radiation safety guidelines, including the proper use and monitoring of radiation badges provided by the agency

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active RN license in South Carolina or multi-state compact RN license
• 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in oncology and outpatient clinic environments
• Proficiency with Epic electronic medical records system
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; chemotherapy certification or similar preferred
• Radiation badge required and to be provided by the staffing agency
• Ability to float across sister clinics within a 60-mile radius

Contract Details:

• Contract position with assigned shifts Monday through Friday
• Facility may call off one shift every two weeks
