Darigold is seeking an experienced
Receptionist to be a part of Darigold’s Pasco plant. This person must possess the desire and ability to be able to function and assist several departments at once. This role provides reception coverage at the Pasco plant to all departments. In this role, a successful incumbent has a can-do attitude, is open to learning, has a high ethic of confidentiality while creating a welcoming and helpful atmosphere for our guests and customers, impeccable office etiquette, takes the initiative to support team members, and provides a high level of quality of work. What You Will Do - Responsible for the timely filling of needed documents
- Log visitors to the site
- Monitor Darigold door
- Receive UPS/FedEx/Amazon/etc. packages and send notifications to employees upon receipt, as appropriate
- Orders food for business meetings when requested
- Distributes mail
- Provides ad hoc administrative support to Pasco departments, including mailing & office management
- Printer service calls and maintain the printer list with ID tag and location in the plant
- Receives incoming call, screens, directs, or responds
- Greet visitors and ensure they are logged in and taken care of
- Office Supply Ordering & Inventory Management
- Activate and Deactivate employee badges when necessary
- Other duties as assigned
What You Bring - High school degree preferred
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a receptionist/administrative role
Nice to Have’s - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
- Ability to handle administrative tasks with limited ongoing supervision
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
