What we offer:

• Competitive Base Salary - $39k starting base
• Uncapped commission plan - Your skill and work effort directly impact your income and your advancement! Receive up to 10% of the gross profit you generate.
• Annual uncapped bonus – Further reward your efforts. Our five-tier bonus structure is designed to provide up to an additional 20% payout on your annual commissions.

Year 1 total compensation- $55 - $70k realistic

Year 2 total compensation - $100k+ realistic

Year 3 total compensation – $150k+ realistic

• Advancement opportunities with a clear, achievable career path (Recruiter; Senior Recruiter; Lead Recruiter; Manager, Candidate Delivery/Placement; Director, IT/Engineering Recruiting; VP, Recruiting, etc.)

As a Recruiter for Bentley Global, you will be contacting industry professionals and representing them on our client’s job requirements. You will review and understand the client’s needs, evaluate candidate strengths, act as an interview coach, negotiate wages, and extend offers. You'll be working on a combination of Professional & Engineering/IT roles.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• College graduate highly preferred; Bachelor's degree.
• Prior sales or customer service experience highly preferred.
• Desire to develop and grow a career in sales or recruiting.
• Strong initiative and follow-through, self-motivated and highly organized.
• Requires exceptional verbal skills and good written abilities.
• Experience working on tight deadlines.
• Able to manage multiple priorities with limited supervision.
• Superior attention to detail and organizations skills.
