Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join a behavioral health team focused on adolescent psychiatric care. This part-time role involves working evening shifts from 2:45 PM to 11:15 PM, including every other weekend and holiday coverage for 2 out of 6 major holidays. The position does not require on-call work.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver direct, individualized patient care aligned with current nursing standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff in treatment planning and patient support.
• Monitor, assess, and document patient status and response to treatments.
• Adhere to all safety, ethical, and legal standards of nursing practice.

Required Qualifications:

• Active New Jersey RN license (or eligibility).
• AHA BLS/CPR certification (must be obtained within 60 days of hire).
• At least 6 months of relevant nursing experience OR active participation in a nurse residency program.
• Enrollment in or willingness to pursue a BSN within 3 years (if hired after November 2019).

Shift Details & Premiums:

• Evening shift differential: $3.00/hour (weekdays & weekends)
• Night shift differential: $5.00/hour (if applicable)
