ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of our client, one of the largest BPO companies, is looking for an Italian Speaking Sales Advisor.
Location: Fully Remote from anywhere in Greece
Working Model: Monday to Friday, 9:30-17:30
You will be reporting to: Operations Supervisor
What you will do:
-Handle customer inquiries via email and chat, giving prompt answers to customer questions.
More specifically:
· Sell products and services in order to meet customer needs
· Ensure that the customer is satisfied and adequately taken care of while making a purchase
· Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
· Maintain a high level of company product knowledge to effectively answer customer queries
· Provide assistance, resolve complaints, answer questions in the best interest of the customers
· Collect prompt and accurate customer feedback
Requirements
What we are looking for:
· Native or near-native Italian speakers
· Fluency in English
· Clear Communication Skills
· Tech savvy/Knowledge of MS office tools
· Enthusiastic, patient, empathetic, multi-tasking and communicative
