Salary:
Summary: Ensure products are displayed effectively in stores to maximize sales, brand visibility and customer satisfaction. The Retail Merchandiser will plan and coordinate the activities of their assigned visits with a travel schedule that flows efficiently.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the store set; product flow, merchandising and display
Create and develop retail merchandising strategy to deliver optimal results
Participate in store sampling events
Exhibit excellent retail merchandising skills that attract, engage, and motivate the customer towards making a purchase
Set up and maintain three-dimensional displays in order to maximize sales
Ability to sell products and/or provide store management with information to get new products into existing stores
Follow all stores specific plan requirements
Ability to use reporting system set up to report visit results to Merchandise Supervisor
Monitor product inventory and report restocking needs or inventory issues
Travel between multiple store locations as needed
Responsible for reporting all hours worked, mileage and expenses accurately in the timekeeping system
Perform all other duties as assigned

Experience and Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent; and/or 1 year of related experience in merchandising/resetting
Experience in retail, inventory management or stocking preferred
Ability to navigate and utilize a tablet and smartphone technology is required
Understanding of planograms preferred
Reliable transportation and valid Drivers License required
