Tim Lewis Communities is looking for experienced sales consultants for our new Townhome community in Petaluma, CA.
TLC is excited to bring this unique opportunity for home ownership with a blend of convenience, comfort, and modern lifestyle in historic Petaluma.
As a state licensed real estate agent, the Sales Consultant works independently to sell single or multiple family residential units. The Sales Consultant is responsible for carrying out responsibilities related to the designing and selling of new homes. From sourcing prospective buyers through to the close of escrow, the Sales Consultant will work diligently to to ensure a smooth transaction process.

Requirements:Minimum Education and/or Experience :
AA plus 5 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
New home sales experience required.
Pay: Hourly, plus commission

Basic Excel Skills: Begin formula, edit formula, sort range, insert row, Use SUM function, align text, preview worksheet, move between worksheets, go to cell, move formula, change column width
Database management software experience preferred.
Equipment used:
Must have suitable car to transport buyers to lots within community.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Must have valid California Real Estate License and Driver’s License and valid auto insurance policy.
