AUTOMOTIVE SALES CONSULTANTS NEEDED

Sales Experience and Professionalism Required

We are looking to fill 2 Positions at our Nissan location
(3-day Training Class Provided)
No Sundays!

At Bill Collins Nissan business is booming and with our large inventory we don’t have enough sales staff to handle the demand! We need to hire Sales Consultants immediately to meet the demand. We are locally based, family-owned, and believe that our culture makes a difference. We focus on building relationships with our employees, our customers, and our suppliers to Serve our Community.

• Greet customers in a friendly manner and listen to their requirements in order to match their vehicle needs.
• Demonstrate vehicle features and technology.
• Continue product and sales knowledge to become a product specialist.
• Follow up with customers to ensure successful referral business.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.
• Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives and creative ideas.
• Bring your “A” game along with a positive attitude to work with you every day.

Qualifications - Sales Consultant:

• Professional appearance
• Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach
• Self-starter, ambitious and outgoing
• Good communication skills with customers and team members
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
• Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
