Responsibilities - Sales Consultant / Product Specialist:

• Greet and assist customers in person, online, and by phone to start the sales process
• Learn the full Nissan product line and become a trusted automotive expert
• Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives highlighting features and benefits
• Present pricing, financing, and leasing options clearly and professionally
• Follow a proven sales process to guide customers from first contact to final delivery
• Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
• Manage leads using our CRM system to maximize follow-up and appointment setting
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring a premium buying experience
• Prospect for new leads and opportunities through online platforms and community outreach

Qualifications - Sales Consultant / Product Specialist:

• Previous Sales experience is welcomed but not necessary!
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus!
• An energetic and outgoing 'people person' who is motivated to succeed
• Good customer service, communication, and computer skills
• A positive, upbeat attitude and good work ethic
• Thrives in a fast-paced team environment
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
