Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Salesforce Product Manager to join our team. This role is crucial for understanding customer needs, defining product requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance the value of our Salesforce platform. Open to Full time and contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain the Salesforce product roadmap, customer feedback, and business objectives. Prioritize features and initiatives to optimize impact and return on investment (ROI).
• Engage with customers, sales, marketing, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, translating these into detailed user stories, use cases, and product specifications.
• Lead the product planning process, working collaboratively with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.
• Make strategic decisions regarding feature prioritization, balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and business objectives.
• Develop a deep understanding of client business operations to propose innovative solutions that address their challenges. Initiate quick Proof of Concept (PoC) projects to demonstrate value effectively.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 12+ years experience in the IT industry.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with a focus on Salesforce platforms.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with product management tools
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting techniques.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder) are a plus.
