Job Role: Scrum Master
Duration: 6+Months
Location: Middletown, NJ(Onsite)
Key Responsibilities:
Agile Leadership: Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Sprint Demos) within a SAFe environment.
ServiceNow Orchestration: Act as the primary lead for tracking tasks, managing tickets, and reporting progress within ServiceNow.
Blocker Removal: Proactively identify and resolve impediments by collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Coaching: Guide the team on SAFe principles to improve velocity, quality, and predictability.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain transparent reporting on sprint health and project status for both AmDocs and AT&T leadership.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
Domain Expertise: A proven track record in the Telecom sector is mandatory. Direct experience working with/for AT&T is highly preferred.
Technical Tools: Advanced proficiency in ServiceNow for Agile management and reporting.
Frameworks: Mastery of SAFe Agile; must be comfortable working within an Agile Release Train (ART).
Certifications: SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification is strongly preferred.
Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to manage expectations in a high-pressure, client-facing environment
