Scrum Master - Institutional Wealth Management Services Be among the first 25 applicants The Role As a Scrum Master, you blend deep scrum expertise with a passion for mentoring, coaching, and continuous improvement. You will work within a highly collaborative squad to advise, mentor, coach, and train on performance against agile values, practices, and processes to accelerate value delivery. Your responsibilities include maintaining a backlog, removing impediments, facilitating agile events (such as daily scrums, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives), managing release coordination, and participating in scaling activities across squads and product areas. You will analyze team performance through metrics and identify opportunities for improvement. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with up to two squads and chapter leaders to enable mission delivery through well-executed sprints Enhance squad performance, efficiency, and value by engaging across squads, improving agile maturity, and providing coaching and resources Maintain and update performance metrics (e.g., burn-down charts) and artifacts for transparency and feedback Coordinate logistics and participate in agile events (backlog prioritization, sprint planning, daily meetings, retrospectives, and scrum of scrums) Support adoption and consistent use of enabling tools (e.g., Jira, Jira Align, Miro, MS Teams) Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's Degree or equivalent military experience Certified Scrum Master / Advanced Certified Scrum Master preferred Jira experience is a plus Experience as a scrum team member preferred Minimum 5+ years in an Agile environment; Scrum Master experience preferred Financial services experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and influence at all levels Continuous improvement mindset Proven ability to coach teams and individuals across functions and locations Effective facilitation skills and problem-solving capabilities Curiosity and passion for learning, mentoring, and coaching Additional Notes Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position.
