Job Description Hiring for a Shift Security Supervisor – unarmed. Join the world’s leading global security company! Payrate: $21.25 per hour. Part‑time shift. Location: Burbank, California. Excellent benefits and career growth opportunities. The Shift Security Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer. The Security Shift Supervisor will act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and professional security officers. The supervisor will manage staff on the assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within an approved empowerment range. Qualifications / Requirements At least 18 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience. Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills; ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the public in a professional manner; use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines. Must frequently prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting. Must read and understand all operating procedures and instructions. Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment. Valid driver’s license with at least one year of driving experience, clean driving record, minimum insurance as required by company policy, and ability to safely operate a vehicle. Background investigation, pre‑employment drug/alcohol test, and drivers record check may be required. Intermediate computer skills. Ability to handle common and crisis situations at the client site calmly and efficiently. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Able to work in various environments: cold weather, rain/snow, or heat. Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds, climb stairs, ramps or ladders, and stand or walk for long periods.
