About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Sr. Global Recruiter & Talent Management Specialist to join our HR team in a hybrid role that blends full cycle recruiting with hands-on support of key Talent Management initiatives.
Recruiting will be your primary responsibility (approximately 70% of the role), with a strong emphasis on filling roles quickly and effectively. The remaining 30% of your time will be spent supporting Talent Management efforts on a cyclical, as-needed basis. This includes project-based work tied to our annual talent programs such as performance reviews, employee engagement initiatives, and learning & development activities.
This is an ideal role for someone who excels in recruiting but is also eager to broaden their HR experience and contribute to talent programs that shape the employee experience and drive business growth.
Youll lead critical hiring efforts while gaining meaningful exposure to the full employee lifecycle. With recruiting as your primary responsibility, youll also can make an impact through strategic HR initiativesparticularly during high-impact moments of the year.
