About the Position

The company is seeking an Integrations Lead to drive the development and delivery of seamless integrations between our accounting SaaS product and various ERP and peripheral systems. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of both the accounting and ERP landscapes, along with experience in API development and integrations. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers to enhance our integration footprint, leveraging AI advancements and focusing on the company's core API development and native integrations with customers.

What You'll Do

  • Lead a team of engineers in designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between Company's accounting SaaS product and diverse ERP/peripheral systems.
  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to gather requirements, define integration strategies, and ensure alignment with customer needs.
  • Design and implement integrations using cutting-edge technologies, embracing an API-first approach.
  • Utilize AI and machine learning capabilities to enhance integration accuracy, efficiency, and automation.
  • Leverage ipaas, middleware solutions to deliver native/connected company integrations.
  • Test, validate, and troubleshoot integrations to guarantee optimal functionality and performance.
  • Document integrations thoroughly and provide exceptional support to users.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends in accounting, ERP systems, and AI advancements.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the integration team.
  • Work closely with engineering, sales, customer success and professional services to ensure smooth delivery of core integrations for customer onboarding and expansion.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 8 years experience in software development (Java, PHP, Python), with a focus on building scalable integrations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of one or more SaaS applications in the CRM, ERP, and Finance tools space (e.g., Coupa, Intacct, Salesforce, Workday, Oracle, SAP).
  • Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
  • Proven experience with middleware/ipaas integration platforms (e.g., Celigo, Boomi, Informatica, Mulesoft).
  • Hands-on experience in building integrations leveraging REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Familiarity with AWS/GCP infrastructure and serverless architectures.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, PHP, Python).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for driving innovation and leveraging AI to enhance integration capabilities.
