Location: This is an onsite position at our corporate headquarters in Allen, Texas (Dallas-Fort Worth area) - this is NOT a remote role.

The Opportunity:
We're looking for a creative, data-driven Social Media Marketing Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the power of storytelling, and wants to make an impact in the renewable energy space. A creative proactive marketer that can grow the brand visibility and engagement. Someone comfortable rolling up their sleeves to post content and develop audience insights. A collaborator who thrives in cross-functional environments and can bring fresh ideas to elevate our social presence.

• Develop, create, and post Sol-ark branded content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Develop and publish video assets for Sol-Ark products, Sol-Ark case studies, and Sol-Ark competitive comparisons.
• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance.
• Support and execute paid social campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube Ads, with a focus on lead generation.
• Stay up to date on social media trends and competitor activity in renewable and solar energy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of corporate brand social media experience (B2B experience a plus).
• Strong copywriting, visual storytelling, and content creation skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube Ads.
• Proficiency with social media analytics and reporting to demonstrate ROI.
