Sutton Public School is seeking a Special Education/MTSS Director for the 2026-2027 school year. The candidate should have or be eligible for a NE Teaching Certification with the appropriate endorsement.
The Special Education/MTSS Director provides leadership, coordination, and oversight for the district’s Special Education programs and Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS). This position ensures that all students— including those with disabilities and those requiring academic, behavioral, or social-emotional interventions— have equitable access to high-quality instruction, services, and supports. The Director manages compliance with state and federal regulations, builds staff capacity, facilitates data-driven decision-making, and fosters collaboration among educators, families, and community partners to promote student success district-wide.
