Summary:

This position is responsible for (1) managing the full lifecycle of client projects including rollouts, buildouts, and refreshes, (2) serving as the lead point of contact for client and vendor communications, (3) making project-related decisions from inception through completion, and (4) providing leadership and mentorship to junior team members. This role requires a high level of professionalism, strategic oversight, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Escalate issues to senior leadership as appropriate to avoid delays and ensure high service standards.
• Perform due diligence with local municipalities and follow up with expeditors as needed.
• Evaluate, qualify, and manage subcontractor proposals and bids for accuracy and fit.
• Coordinate the review and distribution of architectural drawings and project documentation.
• Monitor and manage project margin sustainability and overall financial performance.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities for increased revenue and account growth.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and oversight to Project Specialists, mentor and train junior team members and new hires.
• Define project scopes and contribute to the development of strategic planning initiatives.
• Develop and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct regular site visits and walk-throughs to monitor project progress and quality.
• Manage project budgets and timelines while ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors, ensuring consistent communication via phone, email, and meetings.
• Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of multiple client projects including rollouts, buildouts, and refreshes.

Supervisory Requirements:

This position does have supervisory responsibility.

Education/Experience:

A degree with three years’ experience in Project Management or any equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities is qualifying. To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic skills in a work management system, proficiency in MS Office skills, and the willingness to expand their knowledge.

Work Environment/Physical & Visual Demands:

• This position works a fluctuating schedule Monday to Friday; flexibility is required
• This position requires extensive contact with people, and local travel may be required.
• Physical Demands: Speaking, Listening, Writing, Sitting, Keystroke, Crouching, Kneeling, Reaching, Standing, Walking, Pushing, Pulling, Finger movement, Squatting, Grasping, Repetitive Motion, and Sedentary/ Light work, Climbing, requiring lifting up to 20lbs or up to 50lbs with assistance.
• Visual Demands: Visual acuity to perform activities such as viewing a computer terminal and reading.
• Environment Conditions: This position is subject to sufficient noise with an indoor environmental condition; protected from weather conditions, but not necessarily from temperature changes
