This role
Your mornings might begin with a quick sync with a contractor regarding the latest site buildout, followed by a design review with our in-house creative team. By the afternoon, you’ll update a brand partner on progress and adjust the budget tracker for the next store launch. You are the calm in the construction chaos, the go-to person for delivering stores that feel seamless and on-brand!
As Store Development Project Manager, you’ll lead construction efforts, expertly managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams to deliver successful new store launches, redesigns, and rebrandings. Strong organizational and communication skills are key to excelling in this role.
Your expertise lies in managing timelines, fostering strong relationships with both contractors and creatives, and bringing design concepts to life—transforming spaces from renderings to fully realized, customer-ready environments.
Role Location
This New York City based role requires in-office presence 2–3 days per week at our Tribeca location.

Salary Range Transparency
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $108,000-$115,000. All corporate roles are eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level and experience. Leap offers a competitive total rewards package, which includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k, sick leave, unlimited paid time off, and more.
