The GHS Tech will work closely with the User Studies team to understand ongoing issues with capture stages and correct these issues to keep the stages operational for external participants. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Providing troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical support for capture systems during the capture process. Maintaining and addressing component bugs and issues. Analyzing frequent failures and proposing solutions. Creating lasting solutions for recurring issues. Supporting system upgrades during assembly. Escalating non-standard issues using an internal reporting tool. Maintaining system documentation. Setting up and striking equipment for pilots. Collecting data to verify component performance.
