Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze technical documents, reports, and specifications for accuracy, clarity, and consistency
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal guidelines
• Provide feedback and recommendations for improvement in technical documentation and product content
• Collaborate with engineering, development, and product teams to clarify technical concepts and resolve issues
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices
• Assist in the development and editing of manuals, user guides, and other technical content
• Perform quality control checks on technical outputs to ensure they meet established standards
• Support the creation of internal and external training materials and documentation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in technical review, technical writing, or a related field
• Strong understanding of technical terminology and concepts 
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot errors or inconsistencies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with version control and collaborative document platforms is a plus

• the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
• licensure and certification requirements;
• office location and other geographic considerations;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
