CRG is seeking a Level 2 SMB Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional onsite and remote technical support to our valued small and medium-sized business (SMB) customers in the San Antonio, Texas area. The ideal candidate will be a skilled problem-solver with a strong background in IT infrastructure, customer service, and a passion for helping businesses succeed.
