Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team in a remote capacity. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation. This role is crucial for ensuring that our products are easy to understand and use by our clients and internal teams.



Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, write, and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including user manuals, online help, API documentation, and training guides.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy in documentation.
• Review and edit content created by other team members to ensure clarity and consistency.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and tools to continuously improve documentation quality.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a Technical Writer or similar role in a tech-driven environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with documentation tools such as MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and content management systems.
• Familiarity with API documentation and version control systems like Git.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience working in a remote setting.
• Knowledge of programming languages and software development lifecycle.

Work Environment:

• 100% remote role, must be eligible to work in the US.
• Flexible working hours with occasional virtual team meetings.
