Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Transaction Coordinator/Team Manager to support a team of agents at a large commercial real estate brokerage firm. This is an amazing opportunity to work for a large, very well established organization. This is a very front facing role so we are looking for someone who enjoys working closely with others. Must have 4-6 years of experience providing high level support at a professional services organization. Prior experience within the real estate industry is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain multiple databases and ensure agents complete CE for license renewal in a timely manner
  • Create & maintain client databases
  • Send closing gifts, and organize holiday gifts database
  • Order, organize, and compile company swag for conferences, giveaways/banners, etc.
  • Manage multiple calendars; coordinate meetings, organize team building activities as well as volunteer opportunities
  • Create expense reports, pay monthly office rent and electric bills
  • Maintain relationships with property management and outside vendors to ensure office needs are met
  • Light office management responsibilities and IT troubleshooting
  • Ensuring safety and cleanliness within the office
  • Track closings and commission numbers
  • MD Broker of Record license info, CE, insurance, bank accounts, audits/deals, rethink management
  • Light bookkeeping with QuickBooks
  • Gather and maintain files for annual taxes, collect and pay invoices
  • Miscellaneous Administrative Work (Calls, Mail, E-mails)
  • Assist with personal issues as they arise

Location: Fully in office M-F, office is in Austin, TX

Compensation: Up to $70K DOE, bonus, and benefits stipend
