\n\nJob Description\n

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Pediatric Unit. This position offers a challenging yet rewarding experience with a focus on maternal and neonatal care. The ideal candidate will provide care while maintaining a patient ratio of 1:6, with a commitment to providing excellent patient outcomes.

\n\nResponsibilities\n
    \n
  • Provide direct patient care for neonates, infants, and adults.
  • \n
  • Visit patients diagnosed with NSD, C-section, chorio, chronic hypertension, and diabetes.
  • \n
  • Utilize equipment such as Sara Steady, Bedside Scale, Bladder Scanner, Bilimeter, and Breast Pump.
  • \n
  • Float within scope to meet facility needs and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • \n
\n\nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n
    \n
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a relevant setting.
  • \n
  • Active NJ or Compact nursing license required at time of submission.
  • \n
  • Certifications: BLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate.
  • \n
  • Previous charge experience is preferred.
  • \n
  • Experience with Epic charting system is required.
  • \n
