Job Description & Requirements Start Date: ASAP
Shift: 8-hour Days ( No 4x10s or 3x12s accommodated )
Patient Ratio: 1:1 ( Up to 6 patient visits/day; 30 productivity points standard )
Assignment Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off one shift per pay period (every 2 weeks)
Facility Type: Home Health
Charting Systems: EPIC Remote Client (laptop) & Rover (mobile app) / OASIS
Attire: Business casual; scrubs allowed (no jeans; no specific color)
Parking: Free
Mileage Reimbursement: IRS Standard
