Job Description & RequirementsRequirements:\n\nCertifications: BLS (AHA or Red Cross) – active at submission\n\nLicense: AZ Respiratory Care Practitioner (Compact allowed)\n\nExperience: Minimum 24 months current RRT experience\n\nRestrictions: No AZ home address (must include DL copy), no license hits\n\nRTO: Not allowed in first week or holidays; max 7 days\n\nFlu Vaccine: Required (declination form available)\n\nTravel Experience: Preferred\n\nNote: Banner has strict background and compliance requirements.
