Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist – Milwaukee, WI

 

Position Overview

 

We are seeking a Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This is an ASAP start opportunity for a skilled clinician with strong critical care experience.

Schedule

• 3 x 12-hour day shifts
• 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH) required

Compensation

• Gross weekly pay: $2,100 – $2,218

Requirements

• Licensure: Wisconsin license in hand prior to start date
• Certifications:
  • PALS required
  • NRP optional
  • Current BLS/ACLS (AHA)
• Experience:
  • Current critical care experience required OR must have worked in critical care within the last 12 months
  • Ability to manage a heavy workload
• Flexibility: May need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed

General Job Duties

• Provide respiratory therapy services in critical care and acute care settings
• Administer treatments and therapies as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor patient status and adjust care plans as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective patient care
• Document patient care accurately in electronic health records
