\n\nTravel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work on a 36-bed telemetry unit with patient ratios of 4:1 with cath recovery, maximum 6:1 ratio (may occasionally stretch to 7:1)
\n• Schedule includes every other weekend requirement
\n• Float first policy applies to agency staff (may float to Ortho/Med-Surg units)
\n• Work with remote telemetry monitors and Alaris pumps
\n• Use Meditech documentation system
\n• PCTs available on day and night shifts, unit clerks available on day shift
\n• Must have telemetry experience
\n• Advanced skills needed include knowledge of chest tubes and dysthymia training
\n• Perform procedures including chest tube insertions, bedside paracentesis and thoracentesis
\n• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH
\n• Dress code allows any scrubs except camo
\n• Must follow telemetry monitoring policy and stroke policy
\n• Strive to maintain 75% patient satisfaction rate
