Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Traveling Construction Superintendent to oversee industrial construction projects, with an initial assignment in York, Pennsylvania . The first project involves the construction of a tilt-wall warehouse , and the successful candidate will play a critical role in managing on-site activities, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all on-site construction operations, including subcontractor coordination, safety compliance, and schedule execution.
• Oversee tilt-wall construction activities, ensuring accuracy and structural integrity.
• Act as the primary on-site point of contact for clients, inspectors, and project stakeholders.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in compliance with company policies and OSHA regulations.
• Track project milestones, report progress, and proactively address delays or issues.
• Coordinate and enforce project specifications, drawings, and plans.
• Conduct daily reports and jobsite meetings with subcontractors and internal teams.
• Work closely with the Project Manager to align field operations with budget and schedule goals.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in industrial or warehouse construction.
• Proven experience with tilt-wall construction methods .
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively to project sites as needed.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with construction scheduling software and reporting tools.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work legally in the U.S.
