Job Title: UI/UX Designer (Marketing)

Location: Coral Gables, FL – Onsite 3 days/week

Contract Type: W2, 6-Month Contract-to-Hire

Pay Range: $40-43/hour

About the Role

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer with exceptional visual design skills and a strong brand sensibility to join our Brand Design team—the creative force behind all marketing design initiatives. In this role, you’ll collaborate with marketing specialists, designers, developers, and stakeholders to lead the evolution of our marketing website and landing pages, helping shape how we communicate value to prospective customers.

Responsibilities

• Design landing pages that bring brand storytelling to life and support growth campaigns.
• Own the marketing site experience to ensure clear value communication, brand consistency, and conversion optimization.
• Create and optimize responsive, high-performance layouts for various marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless implementation across devices.
• Audit and enhance existing pages using data insights, user feedback, and design best practices.
• Stay current with B2B and consulting web design trends to keep the site fresh and engaging.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing marketing websites or landing pages, ideally in B2B or consulting.
• Strong conceptual thinking paired with excellent visual design skills.
• Portfolio showcasing marketing site work that drove measurable engagement/conversions.
• Proficiency in Figma and prototyping/design collaboration tools.
• Solid understanding of responsive design, performance optimization, and accessibility best practices.
• Collaborative, solutions-focused mindset with strong cross-functional communication skills.

The hourly pay range for this position (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location) is $40.00 to $43.00/hr.
